Terms & Conditions — ree999 Platform Agreement

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the ree999 website accessible at https://ree999.app and all associated pages, services, and features.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by you on the Platform.
• "Player" or "You" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or places a bet through the Platform.
• "ree999", "We", or "Us" refers to the operator of the Platform.
• "Funds" means any Bangladeshi Taka balance held in your Account, including deposits, winnings, and credited bonuses.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any real-money game play, sports bet, or casino stake placed through the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or reward offered by ree999 under specific terms.

References to singular include plural and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

By creating an Account on ree999, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you access the Platform on behalf of any other person or entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that party to these terms and that the party meets all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3 below.

ree999 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

To register and use ree999, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You are at least 21 years of age. ree999 does not permit any person under 21 to register, deposit, or participate in any game or bet.
• You are accessing the Platform as a private individual for personal entertainment, not on behalf of a commercial gambling operation.
• You are not located in, or a resident of, any jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously been excluded from ree999 or had an Account closed for a breach of these terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or family member of an employee of ree999 or any of its affiliated technology or payment partners.
• You are acting in your own name and for your own account. Registering on behalf of third parties is prohibited.

ree999 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

Each eligible individual may register only one Account on ree999. The registration of multiple Accounts by the same person — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these terms and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any Funds held therein.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration. You agree to promptly update your Account information if any details change. ree999 is not liable for any loss or delay in processing caused by inaccurate account information provided by you.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. ree999 will treat any activity conducted through your Account as having been authorised by you unless you have notified us of a suspected breach of security in advance.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact us immediately at [email protected]. ree999 will investigate all reported security incidents but cannot guarantee the recovery of Funds that have been wagered or withdrawn prior to notification.

ree999 accepts deposits exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and such other methods as may be added or removed from time to time at our discretion. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method.

All payment accounts used to deposit on ree999 must be registered in your own name. Deposits from payment accounts belonging to third parties are prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account may be reversed and the Account suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. ree999 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 15 minutes during normal operating hours, but reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification checks that may extend processing times. ree999 is not liable for delays caused by the payment service providers themselves.

ree999 reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits, request identity verification documents, or withhold withdrawals pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of these terms. Funds derived from Bonus credit are subject to the applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility is granted.

ree999 may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, welcome offers, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, and other incentives. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be clearly stated at the point of offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms prevail.

Unless a promotion's specific terms state otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply:

• Bonus funds are credited to your Account balance and must meet a minimum wagering requirement before they become eligible for withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount or to the bonus amount plus the qualifying deposit, as specified per promotion.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any unwagered bonus balance that expires will be removed from your Account without compensation.
• Only one bonus may be active per Account at any given time unless otherwise stated.
• ree999 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.

Any player found to be abusing promotional offers — including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses more than once, placing offsetting bets to reduce wagering risk while consuming bonus funds, or exploiting technical errors in bonus calculations — will have the relevant bonuses voided and may have their Account terminated.

Each game available on ree999 — including casino games, slots, crash games, live dealer tables, and sports betting markets — is governed by its own set of rules. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules of any game before placing a bet. Ignorance of game rules does not entitle you to a refund of any stake.

All bets are final once confirmed. ree999 does not accept requests to cancel or reverse confirmed bets except in the limited circumstances described in these terms or in the applicable game rules. In the event of a system error that results in an incorrect odds display or game result, ree999 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players' Accounts.

For sports betting, ree999 uses results data from authoritative sports data providers. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event, the result published by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football) will be taken as definitive. ree999 does not accept liability for outcomes that differ from a player's expectation based on third-party media reports.

ree999 reserves the right to suspend betting markets, restrict maximum stakes, or limit winnings on any game or event at its reasonable discretion, particularly where unusual betting patterns or integrity concerns are identified.

You acknowledge that gambling is a form of entertainment and carries an inherent financial risk. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ree999 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or attempting to facilitate match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any corrupt activity in connection with any sporting event offered for betting on the Platform.
• Conducting or attempting to conduct money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime through the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent identity verification stage.
• Using the Platform while located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software bugs, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for personal gain.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ree999 staff or other players through any communication channel.

ree999 reserves the right to terminate any Account, void all associated bets, and recover any Funds gained through prohibited conduct without prior notice. We also reserve the right to report prohibited conduct to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ree999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.

ree999 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service outages (including payment provider downtime), or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may temporarily affect Platform availability. ree999 will make reasonable efforts to restore service promptly but accepts no liability for losses attributable to such interruptions.

Our aggregate liability to you in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total value of Funds held in your Account at the time the claim arises.

All content on the ree999 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of ree999 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without our prior written consent.

You may request closure of your ree999 Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding unmet bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification.

ree999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms & Conditions has occurred. In cases of confirmed fraud or prohibited conduct, ree999 reserves the right to withhold any Funds associated with the affected Account.

On termination, all licences and rights granted to you under these terms cease immediately. Sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, prohibited conduct, and dispute resolution survive termination of these terms.

ree999 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at ree999.app/privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We implement SSL encryption and appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and ree999 cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted to or from the Platform.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. ree999 will respond to formal written complaints within 10 business days of receipt. We are committed to fair and transparent resolution of all player disputes and will provide a reasoned written response to each complaint submitted through our official support channel.

Any unresolved dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties. This clause does not limit your right to seek urgent injunctive or equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
